The Manheim Manor

About Us

Manheim Manor is, first and foremost, our home—and we’re honored to share it with others. As hosts, we believe hospitality is less about perfection and more about presence: paying attention, creating comfort, and making people feel genuinely welcome from the moment they arrive.

We’re drawn to old homes with stories, to spaces that invite conversation, and to the kind of hosting that feels natural rather than scripted. When guests stay with us, our hope is that Manheim Manor feels less like a rental and more like a place where you can settle in, exhale, and be yourself.

Meet Your Hosts

Raquel is the heart of the Manor’s kitchen and a big part of what guests remember most. Her breakfasts are thoughtful, comforting, and made with care—whether that means a made-to-order morning meal or something simple and delicious to take on the go. Cooking is one of the ways she shows hospitality, and it’s always done with warmth and intention.

We both love connecting with people while also respecting their need for rest and privacy. We’re happy to share local favorites, answer questions, or chat over coffee—but we’re just as mindful of creating space for quiet mornings, slow evenings, and uninterrupted time to recharge.

Why We Host

We host because we believe rest matters, connection matters, and feeling at home—especially when you’re away from home—matters more than most people realize. Manheim Manor allows us to offer all three in a place that’s rich with history, character, and calm.

Whether you’re visiting as a couple, traveling solo, or passing through for a special occasion, we hope your time here leaves you feeling welcomed, well-rested, and eager to return.

Come as a guest. Leave feeling like family.
